Terms of Service

1. Service

AivoKey ("we", "us") provides a unified API gateway and subscription access to third-party AI models. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and keys

  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. All usage under your keys is billed to you.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, evade limits, or violate provider terms.

3. Plans, allowances and payment

  • Plans grant an included monthly allowance, split across rolling 5-hour, 7-day and monthly windows. When a window is exhausted, requests stop until it resets, unless balance fallback is enabled on your key.
  • Usage is valued at the model's official list price (input, output and cache tokens). The monthly allowance is the discount; token prices are not marked down.
  • Top-ups are prepaid. Crypto payments are irreversible. Network fees are borne by the payer; any processing/admin fee or applicable tax is added to the amount you pay.
  • PAYG balance is consumed only for pay-as-you-go usage or when fallback is enabled and the monthly allowance is exhausted.

4. Refunds

Prepaid balances and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused promotional credits expire with the promotion.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to generate prohibited content, to infringe rights, or to attack the Service or third-party providers.

6. Third-party models

Models are provided by third parties under their own terms. We do not control their availability, output, or pricing changes. We are not liable for provider outages or model behaviour.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may change features, models, limits and prices; material changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
